Application for Participation

This is the school’s own application, filled in online. It takes about ten minutes, and nothing is saved on this website — your answers are emailed to the office and to you, and that is the only record.

Most families visit before they apply — you are welcome to arrange a visit first, or call the office on 419-787-8832.
